Job Description

As our Group Travel Account Manager, you’ll be the trusted partner and primary relationship lead for a diverse portfolio of corporate, academic, and event-based group travel clients. You’ll build deep, long-term connections, understand each client’s unique needs, and deliver the confidence and reliability they depend on. You’ll drive operational excellence, provide exceptional service, and ensure every group - and every individual traveller - enjoys a flawless journey.

Job Responsibility

  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as the goto expert for all group travel needs
  • Develop high level contacts in key client organisations, and assisting with the development and maintenance of multi-level relationships in all client organisations
  • Identify, co-ordinate and engage necessary stakeholders to develop strategic client relationships
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive strategic account management portfolio plan, driving value for the client and ensuring growth for business overall
  • Build and present compelling, creative winning group travel solutions for our customers

Requirements

  • Experience in events industry/group travel industry
  • Proven experience in the corporate segment
  • Proven record of building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
  • Demonstrated experience in building compelling proposals and presentations
