Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and professional Account Manager German OEMs. This role is within the EDS segment, and you will be joining that segment as it becomes its own entity, with a rich heritage and proven track record as a global leader in low and high voltage power and signal distribution systems. Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as the main commercial point of contact for assigned German OEM
  • Lead RFQs from initial request to final quotation submission
  • Coordinate cross-functional input (engineering, costing, manufacturing, logistics)
  • Manage all commercial aspects of engineering changes, including customer communication, quotation, approval tracking, and implementation support
  • Negotiate long‑term agreements (LTAs), annual price reviews, raw material indexation with the customer
  • Sensitive to market changes/intelligence, make sure the potential opportunity gets identified and communicated with the team
  • Regular customer visits, maintain good customer relationship
  • Drive customer growth strategies to increase market share and profitability

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree and/or Masters degree in Technology or Business (or similar)
  • 2+ years above working experience in Wiring Harness industry
  • Sales experience working with German OEMs preferred
  • Self-motivated, target/result driven
  • Understand/experience with the quotation logic of different customers, finance knowledge, with good communication/negotiation skills
  • Languages: fluent German (speaking and writing) as well as fluent English (speaking and writing)
