Job Responsibility

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of client accounts, achieving and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and create targeted business strategies, through customer strategic planning, operational rigor and sales acumen
  • Responsible for harnessing data insights to inform strategic decision-making, leveraging the power of AI and automation to deliver tailored client recommendations, and adoption of Meta's products
  • Educate clients on product solutions and best practices to drive the adoption of Meta's proven value solutions, thereby enhancing and growing existing business partnerships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that align with client objectives
  • Drive sales process from scoping to closure, executing end-to-end pipeline management with operational rigor, leveraging tools such as CRM to drive business outcomes

Requirements

  • 3+ Years of experience in sales
  • Proven track record in sales, account management, or business development sectors
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguous and rapidly changing environments, demonstrating flexibility and a growth mindset in response to new challenges and opportunities
  • Demonstrated capacity to thrive in team-focused environments with a customer-centric approach, prioritizing deadlines and business goals
  • Experience leveraging data analysis, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills to translate business objectives into actionable plans
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive collective success and achieve business outcomes
  • Fluency in French and English

  • Experience in Sales or Advertising industries
  • Proven technical skills (Excel, Google Suite or data analytics tools)
  • Familiarity with Meta's suite of advertising solutions
