Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the sales process for control valves, ensuring technical and commercial excellence
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer decision-makers
  • Identify customer needs and create winning solutions by combining Valmet technologies and services
  • Collaborate with international Flow Control sales offices to drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in related technical field
  • 5+ years of proven experience in sales within industrial markets
  • Fluent Dutch, English and French skills, both verbal and written
  • Open social attitude and communication skills enabling multi-cultural interactions externally with customers and internally within own organization
  • Able to work independently, take initiative, and confidently drive results
  • Willing to embrace challenges, aim for ambitious targets, and see every opportunity as a chance to grow and develop
