Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for customer relationship with 4-Wheeler OEM’s space in India leading to new business acquisitions
  • Establish and develop long-lasting, reliable customer relationships with decision makers on all levels and in all relevant functions
  • Checking contracts and documents (orders, purchasing and warranty conditions), analyzing the deviations from existing agreements, evaluating the changes and developing a statement in cooperation with other specialist functions, negotiating with customers
  • Independent coordination and presentation of the annual acquisition, sales and turnover as well as competition planning for the customer account
  • Create and align cross-divisional customer strategy with customer and product business units
  • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction
  • analysis of feedback, of follow-up tasks, and ensure effectiveness
  • Coordination of sales activities with international characteristics and higher complexity
  • Preparation of offers in the assigned product area based on customer inquiries
  • Presentation and negotiation of the offers with the customer within the scope of the negotiation scope defined in advance
  • Review of contracts and documents (orders, purchase and warranty conditions) as well as analysis of deviations from existing agreements, evaluation of the changes and preparation of a statement

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Engineering from a reputed college/university
  • Degree in business administration will be added advantage
  • 8 to 10 years of professional experience in sales with automotive industry
  • Mandatory 5 to 8 years of experience in managing Korean OEMs like Hyundai-Kia
  • Good knowledge of project management and negotiation
  • Knowledge of cost accounting/calculation
  • Knowledge of related sales planning & competitor mapping
