Bentley Systems Enterprise Account Team focuses on empowering customers on their digital journey. This team is responsible for envisioning new possibilities for our customers, delivering solutions that result in targeted business outcomes and driving revenue growth for Bentley Systems. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to drive digital technology transformation in partnership with your customer, to achieve both Bentley Systems and customer business outcomes. Leveraging our large, multi-functional team across the breadth of the Bentley Systems portfolio, engage at the most senior levels of our customer and bring industry-relevant solutions to help the customer adopt and embrace digital technologies. With a proven history of driving growth in market share, achieving sales targets, customer obsession, and collaboration, this role will give the opportunity to leverage your extensive customer network and sales experience to execute against your customer’s account plan.
Job Responsibility:
Customer Advocate – Develops and oversees the execution of account plan(s) to ensure Bentley Systems revenue targets and customer outcomes are met
Engages with internal and external stakeholders on business planning, to promote mutually beneficial customer digital transformation strategies
Orchestrate full customer team across all areas of Bentley Systems to ensure we are focused on delivering customer outcomes across the customer lifecycle to build deep trust with Bentley Systems
Industry Relevant Trusted Seller – Proactively develops a strong understanding of the customer’s business, industry priorities to drive new business opportunities/ drive growth/net new business. Advocates on behalf of the customer internally, ensuring requests and needs of assigned accounts are being addressed
Deliver Sales Excellence – Leads and orchestrates extended virtual teams across our solution areas to consistently achieve growth in revenue & market share
Industry Knowledge – Builds and maintains a strong knowledge of customers’ industry, associated business strategy, and key industry partners and solutions. Gains deeper insights and knowledge through direct engagement in their customers’ business and operations
Requirements:
Bachelor's or master’s degree in business, Technology, or a related field, with experience in driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience in infrastructure software
Experience working in infrastructure industry with a focus on driving digital transformation in enterprise software solutions sector
Experience in an Account Manager sales role
Proven ability to indirectly influence and orchestrate a virtual team to achieve sales results
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively communicate complex topics and provide feedback both face-to-face, on the phone, and via email to colleagues and users, as well as the ability to build relationships at multiple levels and cross-organizationally
Demonstrated ability to grasp the technical aspects of the business (i.e., deeply understanding the products and services to achieve and maximize sales results)
Excellent problem-solving skills
Able to adapt and evolve with changing priorities and business initiatives
Very well disciplined and organized with a high level of personal integrity
