Job Responsibility

  • Identifying, approaching, and securing new B2B high-voltage clients
  • Presenting and selling standardized electricity products and tariffs tailored to business needs
  • Expanding client portfolios in a second phase by promoting natural gas solutions and energy products to existing business owners
  • Building a strong sales pipeline through market mapping, continuous client visits, and strategic sales planning
  • Holding responsibility for the effective onboarding of new clients, leading joint business planning, and maintaining positive, long-term customer relationships
  • Preparing sales contracts, monitoring the contract procedure, and ensuring seamless execution
  • Supplying management with weekly and monthly activity reports, market feedback, and updates on competitive activities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B Sales or Account Management (experience in the Energy & Utilities sector will be considered a strong asset)
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
  • A highly motivated, self-starter mentality with a passion for energy sales
  • Ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent command of both the Greek and English languages
  • At least 3 year experience in B2B sales
  • Entrepreneurial thinking with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to solve complex problems, rather than highlight them
  • Ability to analyze data and draw logical, actionable conclusions
