Building Strong Partnerships: Connect with hotel clients using your hospitality background to understand their unique needs
Customer Retention: Act as a trusted advisor, maintaining proactive communication to ensure long-term loyalty and prevent churn
Contract Management: Confidently engage in conversations about contract terms and renewals
Identifying Growth Opportunities: Use your industry insights to identify features or services that can increase a client's revenue potential and demonstrate clear ROI
Solution-Oriented Approach: Propose creative tech alternatives and customized solutions
Industry Trends: Stay ahead of the curve regarding hospitality and tech innovations
Product Advocacy: Act as the bridge between your clients and our internal teams, providing constructive feedback

Requirements:
5+ years in Hospitality Sales or Account Management, specifically within luxury hotel environments
Native/Fluent in Portuguese and English (excellent written and verbal skills are a must)
You genuinely enjoy connecting with people and building lasting professional bonds
You prefer picking up the phone or meeting in person over sending a long email chain
Strong understanding of B2B sales, contract negotiations, and the ability to articulate value effectively
A genuine passion for technology and an eagerness to learn the latest SaaS solutions for the hospitality sector
A 'get things done' attitude with the ability to tailor your approach to different client personalities
