Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, task tracking, and resourcing using appropriate project management tools

Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production scenario validation, testing documentation, and Subject Matter Expert (SME) coordination
Support data-based reporting, analysis, and insights for associated digital products as needed
Act as a primary point of contact for internal teams, building strong, trusted relationships
Partner with teams to understand business objectives and identify opportunities to deliver measurable results
Guide development of experiential tactical plans for IRL and/or virtual programs in collaboration with Strategy, Creative, Production, Tech, Digital, and Social teams
Manage day-to-day client communications and ensure timely, clear distribution of information across internal and external teams
Provide ongoing budget tracking, expense monitoring, reconciliations, and client approvals in partnership with Producers and Finance
Deliver performance feedback and post-program evaluations to clients and senior leadership
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Design, or related field
3–5 years of experience in project management, account management, experiential marketing, or digital product development
