Responsible for providing account management & sales support for an assigned portfolio of existing customers for the Xumo Advertising function. Develops and manages overall account strategies for specific named accounts, including identification of incremental revenue opportunities, new product opportunities. Responsible for overall customer relationship management & customer satisfaction in addition to delivering customer revenue and retention objectives. Identifies and manages interactions with assigned group of existing customers to identify cross/up and repeat sales opportunities.
Job Responsibility:
Owns relationships with a book of accounts with responsibility for account strategy, spend growth, upsells and renewals
Builds, maintains and handles client relationships
Researches and understands client business and goals
Leads compelling strategic business reviews to identify customer needs and drive growth opportunities
Coordinates and processes all client contracts, revisions and copy into a implementation-ready status
Contributes to strategic account team meetings to ensure success of live campaigns
Owns campaign management and recommendations of effective performance to agency and clients
Follows ad campaigns closely and communicates relevant clickthrough and creative success to improve performance and aid in retention
Manages cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of customer objectives
Serves as an escalation point for key customer issues around pricing and agreements
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance
Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary

Requirements:
3-5 years plus of programmatic/digital account management experience
Bachelor's Degree
5-7 Years Relevant Work Experience
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, growing industry
