Our client is a top-tier international life insurance group with a dominant market share in the Asia-Pacific region. They are looking for an Account Manager, Corporate Solutions (EB) to join their Agency Distribution team to drive the growth of their business portfolio.
Job Responsibility:
Act as the primary consultant for a designated group of insurance agencies, motivating and supporting them to pitch and close Corporate Solutions (EB) business
Monitor and drive key sales performance indicators to ensure regional strategic targets are met
Provide expert technical guidance on Group Medical, Life, and specialised corporate products to both agents and prospective high-value clients
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor movements to deliver timely initiatives and product training to the field force
Conduct workshops, coaching sessions, and provide 'help desk' support within agency offices to streamline the sales process
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline
At least 5 years account management / business development experience within insurance or financial services
Strong knowledge of EB or group insurance products
Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and 'influence-without-authority' skills to manage diverse agency personalities
Proficient in spoken and written English and Cantonese
