Giacom is the only provider of Comms, Cloud, Hardware and Billing through one platform. Our platform connects technology resellers and service providers to the best IT, Comms and Cloud products and services so they can create brilliant technology solutions for UK businesses. We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused Account Manager to join our Cloud Sales team. You’ll be responsible for managing a high-volume portfolio of channel partners, helping them grow their Cloud business through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic support. You’ll work closely with top-tier vendors like Microsoft and Acronis, playing a key role in transforming how Cloud solutions are delivered to UK businesses. This desk-based role offers clear progression into a field-based Key Account Manager position.
