Your mission as Client Relations Account Manager is to drive sustainable growth within Appinio’s small and mid-tier client segment. You’ll be commercially responsible for a large portfolio of smaller accounts - nurturing, expanding, and reactivating them through a mix of data-driven processes and proactive sales activity. You’ll balance inbound qualification, outbound prospecting, closing deals and account growth, ensuring that every client experiences the value of Appinio’s real-time insights platform. Acting as the growth engine for your segment, you’ll combine structured execution with a curious, consultative mindset to turn opportunities into long-term relationships.
Job Responsibility:
Take commercial ownership of a diverse portfolio of smaller and lower-tier accounts
Manage and convert inbound leads into active, long-term customers
Proactively build a high-quality outbound pipeline
Drive renewals, reactivations, and upsells across your account base
Analyse account performance, pipeline health, and funnel metrics
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Research team
