Are you a commercially driven, relationship-focused sales professional ready to accelerate your career within an elite IT systems integration ecosystem? We are an agile, growing technology provider and a proud Cisco partner specializing in advanced Collaboration, Contact Centre, Networking, and Security solutions. We are seeking a Sales Account Manager to drive revenue growth across an existing client portfolio while identifying and converting new opportunities. This hybrid, client-facing role is perfect for someone who is comfortable operating across both account management and new business within an established customer base. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, act as the primary point of contact for your accounts, and work closely with our expert pre-sales technical and delivery teams to position and deliver gold-standard solutions.

Job Responsibility

  • Build and grow deep relationships across assigned accounts, engaging stakeholders at all levels to drive alignment, demand, and revenue growth
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle from discovery and qualification through to deal closure, preparing high-quality proposals and commercial pricing responses
  • Identify new opportunities to introduce advanced Cisco technologies and our managed services portfolio across your client base
  • Partner closely with pre-sales technical specialists and delivery teams to shape, position, and smoothly transition solutions from sale to implementation
  • Manage your pipeline, deal progression, and forecasting with high discipline and accuracy using our CRM platform (ConnectWise)
  • Actively liaise with vendors, distributors, and partners to support deal progression and solution design

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within a B2B technology environment
  • Experience working with customers across collaboration, contact center, networking, or security solutions
  • Demonstrated ownership over sales targets, KPIs, forecasting, and revenue outcomes
  • Experience utilizing CRM platforms (ConnectWise or similar) for pipeline hygiene
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders
  • Flexibility to travel approximately 15–20% for customer engagement and industry events
  • Exposure to Cisco technologies including Webex, Meraki, or Cisco Security
