Join Everseen's Go-To-Market team and put the customer at the center of everything you do. You’ll play a critical role with Everseen in delivering value and driving revenue. You’ll manage and grow key retail accounts while identifying and winning new business opportunities. For new customers, you will work directly and with partners to win new retail customers. You'll work with cutting edge solutions and teams who are at the forefront of the development in the Vision AI space.

Job Responsibility:

  • Undertake relationship management with existing retail customers within the Central and Western Europe region ensure monthly value is recognized, and position new Everseen products with these customers
  • Develop a sales pipeline of new business with agreed targeted retail customers directly and through our partners such as NCR within the Central and Western Europe region
  • Orchestrate and run major campaigns and build relationships, with support from the rest of the Everseen team
  • Position Everseen’s new solutions, EverShelf and Evereagle into our existing EverCheck customer base, using enterprise SaaS selling methodologies and comprehensive ROI analysis to support those sales efforts
  • Establish and manage the expectations of the customer in relation to business to business requirements and service level KPIs
  • Be the customer “on the ground” go to person for day-to-day requests, reporting, insights and issues
  • Responsibility for providing and maintaining consistent updates with the business and project teams including quarterly business reviews, ROI reviews and weekly check-ins
  • Collaborate closely with the customer’s Business Teams and Everseen’s Delivery Team to ensure that project and system installation rollouts are professionally managed
  • Work with new customers to secure Proof of Concepts in order to develop and demonstrate business value and build pipeline of revenue

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in a sales management and development role supporting existing and new retail customers within the Central and Western Europe region and positioning new products into those accounts
  • Knowledge of and interest in AI and its use in retail
  • Knowledge and experience of the retail and grocery market
  • Demonstrated success in leading and securing retail customer accounts and positioning new products and features
  • Ability to develop a comprehensive understanding of customer culture, needs and requirements with a drive to meet and exceed targets and goals and ultimately generate revenue
  • Experience of developing relationships, communicating and working with C level customers, including conducting meetings and presentations at a senior level
  • Experience of forecasting and tracking key account metrics in a business development team
  • Consultative selling skills including strong listening skills, negotiation and an ability to identify customers’ main buying motivations
  • Ability to understand, gather and compile detailed information on the customers’ organization, identifying key decision makers and influencers
  • Strong verbal and communication skills, Everseen’s business language is English
  • Fluency in German
  • There is an expectation of travel with this role including travel to meet with customers and to work with the globally dispersed Everseen team
