As an Account Manager for Brion Korea, you will support the execution of Brion’s account strategy, contribute to commercial execution, and help strengthen trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders in Korea. Working closely with the Brion Account Group Leader and cross-functional internal teams, this role plays an important part in translating customer needs into structured business opportunities and successful outcomes. This role offers a distinct opportunity beyond conventional OPC/EDA sales by leveraging ASML’s installed scanner base and Brion’s PWC solutions to create new customer value and expand the commercial and strategic scope of the account.
Job Responsibility:
Execute assigned responsibilities within the Brion account group under the guidance of the Brion Account Group Leader
Support execution of account strategies and business objectives defined for key customers
Contribute to business development activities across the opportunity lifecycle, from introduction through evaluation and closure
Develop a growing understanding of strategic account management and customer business dynamics
Responsible for Volume License Agreement (VLA)
Understand Max & min volume scenarios
Understand and finalize Value proposition and competitive analysis
Develop VLA proposals, secure internal proposal alignment and gain the proposal approval (DST)
Negotiate VLA with customer and complete agreement with customer
Monitor and execute VLA and agreements
Execute routine commercial activities following completed negotiations, including: Quotation preparation, Purchase order (PO) processing, License-related and administrative commercial tasks
Ensure that all commercial documentation and customer communications are handled accurately, timely, and in compliance with internal guidelines
Represent Brion business toward customer stakeholders, primarily at sub-executive levels
Build trust-based working relationships with assigned customer contacts and within the Customer Team (CT)
Act as a professional interface between Brion and the customer, supporting consistent and reliable engagement
Gather and structure customer feedback related to specific business opportunities and execution topics
Deliver Voice of the Customer insights to internal stakeholders to ensure customer needs, priorities, and concerns are understood
Support alignment between customer expectations and Brion/ASML offerings
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Brion, ASML sales, and customer-facing teams
Support cross-team alignment to ensure smooth execution of account plans and commercial activities
Continuously build business, technical, and strategic understanding through hands-on account engagement
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent through relevant professional experience
Experience in semiconductor, high-tech, or customer-facing business roles is preferred
Exposure to sales support, account management, or commercial execution roles is a plus
Effective listening and communication skills, including professional English communication
Strong desire and ability to learn in a complex technical and business environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks with structured execution and follow-through
Strong collaboration mindset with the ability to work across teams and functions
