Job Responsibility:
Portfolio Building: Identifying new business opportunities and establishing professional relationships with corporate partners
End-to-End Sales & Account Management: Managing the full client lifecycle—from initial outreach and face-to-face meetings to contract finalization, providing ongoing post-sales support, resolving operational issues, and proactively identifying opportunities to grow and scale existing business within your portfolio
Negotiations & Proposals: Independently developing tailored commercial offers and managing contract documentation in collaboration with our global legal department
Creative Implementation & Onboarding: Designing localized marketing materials (presentations, leaflets) and ensuring a professional onboarding experience for new corporate clients
Networking & Brand Presence: Representing the JET B2B brand at local industry events and conferences
Sales Operations: Utilizing CRM tools to monitor local business trends, optimize your own activities, and track your performance independently
Requirements:
Entrepreneurial B2B Sales Expertise: Proven experience in corporate sales or business development
Autonomy & Proactivity: Self-starter who organizes their own time, sets their own priorities, and finds solutions without daily supervision
Language & Communication: Fluency in Bulgarian and professional English (min. B2)
Digital Proficiency: Ease of use with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google Workspace (G-Suite) tools
Mobility: A valid Category B driving license and a readiness for fieldwork and direct visits to business partners
Resilience: Strong work ethic and the desire to be the sole champion for a growing business segment
