Job Responsibility:
Maintain and evolve a portfolio of business relationships in Western Canada, ensuring their retirement plans remain competitive and compliant
Act as the primary advocate and 'voice of the client,' translating their feedback into internal service improvements
Analyze client needs to design and implement tailored GRS solutions that align with their long-term organizational goals
Participate in high-level presentations and 'short-list' meetings to showcase the firm’s unique value proposition
Work closely with colleagues in Group Benefits and Insurance to identify joint opportunities for holistic client support
Contribute to internal projects that leverage your deep knowledge of the retirement savings sector
Requirements:
Significant experience in the Canadian Group Retirement Savings (GRS) market
Deep technical knowledge of retirement products and the ability to navigate local hiring market nuances in Alberta and British Columbia
A polished, professional presence with the ability to lead complex negotiations and presentations in English
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern CRM tools
Nice to have:
Completion of (or progress toward) relevant industry designations
