Job Description:

As a member of Baxter’s sales team, you’ll be aligned to one of our global business units and be responsible for new business, developing existing accounts and ensuring patient-centric approach in all your dealings. You’ll work within an assigned geographic area or with specific accounts to achieve or exceed personal and business goals, all in pursuit of our mission to save and sustain lives. In the sales role, you’ll have the opportunity to provide input on new markets and products, manage customer concerns, and collaborate with other teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Achieving agreed sales and financial targets in line with objectives for your geographical/business/assigned area of responsibility
  • Delivering clinical, financial, and value-based solutions to primary decision makers in the Healthcare sector through an omni-channel strategy
  • Providing training and education to Healthcare professionals on the safe, appropriate, and effective use of Baxter Products to ensure optimum patient outcomes
  • Developing, implementing, and reviewing territory business plans aligned to a National strategy, while identifying and acting upon local opportunities
  • Portfolio selling to improve growth opportunities and position appropriate clinical choices for our customers
  • Developing collaborative relationships to defend the existing business base through customer support, service, and differentiating solutions both clinically and financially versus the competition
  • Applying individual and group selling skills to navigate a variety of customer types through the sales cycle effectively
  • Analysing sales data and market trends to guide activities and ensure a focused, effective return on time
  • Contributing to the tender management process, including pre-tender activities, tender submission, and post-tender follow-up
  • Regularly interacting with local and National team/peer groups to continually drive a culture of collaboration, support, and sharing guidelines
  • Adapting to a constantly changing external environment and evolving internal business priorities with a flexible approach
  • Using the CRM system to support planning, sequential selling, and territory analyses
