The Account Manager position grows and retains H.B. Fuller's market share and customer base in the segment while achieving profit sales targets. This person must be technically competent and independently able to manage demonstrations and technical problem-solving.

Implement business pricing strategy based on business guidelines, expertly delivers price increases thereby enabling prices to stick
Apply effective prospecting techniques, promptly establish connection with key contacts at new prospects with relevant messaging, and assess needs/interest
Broad understanding of markets and industry, and frequently weaves knowledge into conversations with customers
Optimize offer for the customer and H.B. Fuller by creatively using supply chain knowledge
Requirements:
At least 3 years of relevant sales experience
related industry and B2B experience
Demonstrates behaviors from Sales Excellence training
Bachelors or University Degree with a technical/mechanical, marketing, or chemistry background preferred
Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel
