Job Description:

Account Manager to support one of Mastercard’s most strategic global merchant partnerships— a large Online Travel Agency (OTA) account. You’ll work closely with crossfunctional teams across global, regional, and local teams to strengthen the partnership, drive growth, and deliver value through Mastercard’s solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as one of the key points of contact for the client
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships across the client organization
  • Serve as a connector between the client and internal teams
  • Identify, coordinate, and execute strategic opportunities to expand the partnership
  • Support and, where appropriate, lead the development of client proposals
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
  • Coordinate multiple concurrent initiatives across global, regional, and local teams
  • Support end-to-end project execution
  • Track progress against agreed plans
  • Facilitate regular project and status updates
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes
  • Monitor key performance indicators
  • Manage and communicate day-to-day operations
  • Gather and act on client and internal feedback
  • Provide guidance and structure to internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in account management, client partnership management, project management, or project coordination within complex organizations
  • Experience working with large enterprise clients, ideally within travel, e-commerce, marketplaces, or digital platforms
  • Solid understanding and experience with the payments ecosystem, including issuing, acquiring, and acceptance
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in matrixed, cross-functional environments
  • Experience contributing to or leading structured projects, from planning through execution and delivery
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented
  • Proactive, self-motivated
  • Analytical mindset with sound commercial judgment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fluent English speaker
