Job Description

Are you an experienced Account Manager with a passion for print and direct mail? Do you thrive on building strong relationships, managing multiple projects, and delivering brilliant service every time? If so, we’d love to hear from you. We’re looking for a confident, proactive Account Manager to join our team. You’ll be the key link between our clients, suppliers, and internal teams—making sure projects are delivered on spec, on time, and with a great attitude. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll take ownership of the relationship, drive performance, and offer solutions that go above and beyond expectations.

Job Responsibility

  • Taking client briefs, managing projects end-to-end, and keeping everything running smoothly
  • Offering cost-effective print solutions, with creative alternatives where needed
  • Briefing suppliers and negotiating costs and timelines
  • Monitoring quality, deadlines, and budgets at every stage
  • Delivering excellent customer service and building trust with clients
  • Keeping internal systems updated and maintaining accurate records
  • Preparing client-facing reports, stock updates, and review presentations
  • Supporting new business opportunities with the Senior Account Director
  • Meeting and exceeding SLAs and KPIs within a contracted environment
  • Acting as the go-to expert for print and direct mail—especially in financial services

Requirements

  • Solid experience in print, print buying, or print management
  • Direct mail knowledge, with a strong understanding of print techniques and production
  • Experience in client-facing roles
  • Strong project and time management skills, able to juggle multiple deadlines
  • Confident communicator, comfortable advising clients at all levels
  • Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and a team player
  • High attention to detail, with a commercial and process-driven mindset
  • Comfortable with reporting, forecasting, and understanding VAT in a print context
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office
