Proactively develop and implement strategies for annual shareholder meetings, acquisitions (both hostile and friendly), proxy contests, and corporate governance issues
Lead and coordinate the efforts of the working group, including issuers, legal counsel, PR firms, investment bankers, and other stakeholders
Ensure timely completion of action items and adherence to deadlines
Review campaign-related documents and provide insightful comments to the working group to enhance the overall quality and impact
Assist in drafting shareholder letters, press releases, and other communication materials as required
Thoroughly review shareholder materials, ensuring all program nuances are noted and understood for accurate dissemination
Provide clients with accurate, detailed, and timely reports on campaign progress and outcomes
Stay updated on industry rules and regulations to ensure compliance and effective campaign management
Requirements:
Related experience in the Capital Markets industry
Proven experience in managing multiple accounts and leading successful campaigns
Strong strategic planning and organizational skills
Excellent communication and document review abilities
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
High level of dedication and commitment to achieving objectives
Superior critical thinking
Strong attention to detail
