Job Description:

We’re seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Account Manager – New Business to expand our customer base across the HPE portfolio, with a particular focus on AI and emerging technologies. This role is ideal for a proactive hunter who thrives on building new relationships and driving growth through both direct engagement and strategic collaboration with partners.

Job Responsibility:

  • Identify and secure new logo opportunities across the HPE portfolio
  • Focus on acquiring AI-focused customers and high-potential emerging tech accounts
  • Proactively engage and activate channel partners and distributors to drive joint business
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with both end customers and the partner ecosystem
  • Align with internal teams to shape tailored solutions and go-to-market strategies
  • Contribute to the wider new business strategy and revenue goals

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within IT or tech
  • Proven track record in new business development and hunting
  • Experience working closely with partners and distributors to drive pipeline
  • Native Dutch speaker with strong English communication skills
  • Self-starter with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities

Nice to have:

  • Background in cold calling, telesales, or direct field sales
  • Understanding of AI solutions or experience selling in emerging tech domains
  • Sales experience in a specific vertical (e.g. Public Sector, Healthcare, Manufacturing)
