Our client seeks to hire an experienced Account Manager to join their specialist High Net Worth team. This team is known for its dynamic, supportive, and experienced members who prioritise delivering excellent client service. As a High Net Worth Account Manager your role will involve managing a portfolio of high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients and providing them with tailored insurance solutions and top-notch service.

Job Responsibility:

  • Effectively manage a substantial portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with efficiency
  • Manage and develop strong connections with HNW/UHNW clients, understanding their distinct insurance requirements and offering personalised solutions
  • Conduct meticulous risk assessments and analyses to determine the most suitable cover for clients
  • Engage in negotiations with insurance underwriters to secure the right terms for the clients
  • Prepare and present comprehensive insurance proposals to clients, elucidating coverage options and pricing structures
  • Execute policy adjustments, endorsements, and renewals accurately and promptly

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Account Handler/Manager/Broker within the High Net Worth/Private Clients insurance sector
  • Extensive familiarity with HNW insurance products and offerings
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at building rapport with both clients and colleagues
  • Demonstrated history of delivering outstanding customer service and surpassing client needs
  • Capacity to operate autonomously and efficiently manage a substantial client portfolio
  • Keen attention to detail coupled with strong organisational skills
