Requirements:

  • Outstanding relationship and communication skills - build trust quickly, influence at all levels, confident negotiating
  • Commercial acumen and strong analytical capability – comfortable with margin modelling, pricing strategy, forecasting and interpreting market dynamics
  • Technical curiosity and comfort with complexity: Experience in cosmetic, beauty-care or food ingredient sales is a strong advantage
