Job Description

Pareto FM are looking for an experienced and driven Account Manager to lead the delivery of integrated facilities management services across a portfolio of client sites in and around London. This is a field-based role, where travel between sites is a core part of the position. You’ll take full ownership of operational performance, financial delivery, and team leadership across multiple locations, ensuring consistently high standards across the contract.

Job Responsibility

  • Acting as the primary client contact across multiple sites
  • Building strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders
  • Leading and supporting a multi-skilled team across engineering, facilities, H&S and front-of-house
  • Driving consistency and high standards across all locations
  • Overseeing hard and soft FM services, including maintenance, cleaning and workplace operations
  • Ensuring full compliance with health & safety regulations and statutory requirements
  • Monitoring KPIs and SLAs, taking action to improve performance
  • Managing subcontractors and service partners to ensure quality and compliance
  • Taking full ownership of contract delivery across your portfolio
  • Managing budgets, forecasting and cost control
  • Identifying opportunities for efficiencies, savings and service improvements
  • Producing regular operational and financial reports

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an Account Manager / Facilities Manager / senior FM role
  • Strong background in integrated facilities management (hard & soft services)
  • Experience managing multi-site or mobile contracts
  • Confident leading and developing teams across different locations
  • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly
