Job Title: Account Manager – E-commerce Marketing Agency The main purpose of the Account Manager is to manage their assigned clients and their stores by planning, briefing, monitoring, and executing marketing campaigns aimed at driving conversions and sales. This includes managing, overseeing, and taking charge of the client-agency relationship for all the clients assigned to you. It also includes developing and executing marketing strategies, handling client communications, writing client reports, and communicating the client’s marketing needs to other team members. You will be responsible for supplying the information your team needs to ensure that all marketing campaigns are written, designed, and executed as well as possible. Your goal as an Account Manager is to assist your clients in meeting their revenue goals using the products and services of our company. The Account Manager will report directly to the Head of Account Managers, the Account Managers’ Leads, and the Service Director while working collaboratively with other departments. About the Role: The primary mission of our Account Manager is to maintain a good relationship with your assigned clients while ensuring that our products and services are delivering results for them. This will include coming up with innovative ideas for clients’ marketing campaigns, monitoring their performance, and keeping an open channel of productive communication with our clients. You will lead teams consisting of professional Copywriters, Designers, and Account Managers’ Associates to ensure that your assigned clients’ marketing campaigns are executed smoothly. This involves outlining the client’s campaign calendar, briefing new campaigns, delegating creative work, and overseeing the timely delivery of marketing campaigns.

Job Responsibility

  • Effectively managing, overseeing, and ensuring that the marketing campaigns of your assigned clients are executed and performing well
  • Building and maintaining a strong relationship with assigned clients to ensure peak productivity and open communication
  • Managing the planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies (email campaigns, SMS campaigns, pop-ups, and flows) for your clients
  • Improving the results from email marketing for your assigned clients
  • Collaborating with team members to respond to client requests promptly
  • Collecting and analyzing data to understand consumer demographics and trends to drive better results
  • Reporting on the performance of email marketing campaigns for assigned clients
  • Working with the Service Department to maintain high work standards and ensuring that set targets are met
  • Keeping a tight grip on client churn and implementing strategies to prevent clients from leaving the company
  • Troubleshooting and assisting with issues related to client satisfaction and marketing campaign performance
  • Participating in team calls and training sessions to improve skills and performance
  • Acting as a liaison between clients and cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new services
  • Identifying new opportunities to expand services offered to clients

Requirements

  • At least 12 months of experience in a digital marketing role and 6 months in the email marketing field
  • Proven track record of success in a leadership role, especially leading teams to deliver quality work
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining high work standards
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset
  • Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Hubstaff, Asana, Klaviyo, and Google Workspace Suite
  • Eligibility to work remotely and must have a stable internet connection
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
