As our Account Manager (DACH region), you’ll be at the heart of how we grow and nurture customer relationships. Your mission will be to convert inbound leads into long-term, satisfied customers while identifying strategic opportunities for expansion. Sitting at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, your work will directly drive JOIN’s revenue growth and customer satisfaction. From building trusted relationships with SMB and mid-market clients to identifying up- and cross-selling opportunities, you’ll ensure every customer sees measurable value from JOIN’s products.
Job Responsibility:
Convert qualified inbound leads into customers – no cold calling
Conduct needs analysis, deliver persuasive presentations, and position JOIN as the best choice for recruiting needs
Manage and grow your own customer portfolio as the main point of contact
Identify up- and cross-selling opportunities and present tailored solutions
Use CRM tools like HubSpot to manage leads, track opportunities, and forecast revenue
Analyse data and conduct regular strategic conversations to deepen client relationships and ensure their success
Collaborate with Marketing to ensure alignment between lead generation and sales conversion
Report insights from customer feedback to improve processes and offerings
Requirements:
Proven experience in Sales or Account Management, including new business acquisition and account growth (preferably in SaaS or Tech)
Fluent German and confident English skills
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Proactive, goal-oriented, and structured working style
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Data-driven mindset with the ability to use insights to optimise sales activities
Customer-first attitude and the ability to handle multiple priorities at once
Nice to have:
Experience in HR tech, recruiting, or software-as-a-service
Additional language skills (e.g. French, Dutch, or Spanish)
Understanding of the SMB and mid-market customer landscape in the DACH region
