Job Description

Jupmode is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Account Manager whose primary responsibility is building and managing custom e-commerce stores for our customers. This role is ideal for a highly communicative, self-directed professional who can learn new software systems quickly and manage multiple deadlines while providing an excellent customer experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Build and launch custom e-commerce stores from start to finish
  • Accurately enter all product, pricing, image, description, and deadline details
  • Communicate with customers to gather required information and keep projects moving
  • Coordinate internal details across sales, art, production, and fulfillment teams
  • Ensure all stores are reviewed for accuracy and launched on time

Requirements

  • Technical Aptitude: Must have the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
  • Organization and Detail: Strong attention to detail and comfort managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Communication: Excellent written communication skills and comfort working independently in a remote environment
  • Customer Focus: Solutions-oriented approach to supporting a smooth customer experience
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms, order management, or the custom apparel industry is a plus
