You will provide a quality support service to our clients’ Account Executives and Account Directors. Your aim is to provide exceptional customer service, retain your valued clients and assist Account Executives and Account Directors to win new clients to add to our clients ever expanding book.
Job Responsibility:
Build long lasting relationships with clients
Prepare top quality, accurate client documents
Handle mid-term adjustments
Ensure all client details are recorded accurately
Expertly handle queries about client policies
Confirm cover with relevant insurers
Prepare debit notes and summaries of cover
Take care of account queries and credit control matters
Align with key legal and regulatory policies
Requirements:
Hold or working towards Cert CII/Dip CII
Deep knowledge of general insurance products, services and classes of insurance
Grasp the importance of handling sensitive information
Use initiative to be risk aware
Put the needs, desires and business requirements of clients first
Notice potential risks and seek advice when required
Good communication and social skills
Good planning and analytical skills
Strong accuracy and acute attention to detail
Use initiative every single day
