Job Description:

As Account Manager for Off-Street in Belgium, you’ll be responsible for driving growth and expanding our local presence, focusing on acquiring and partnering with garages and off-street locations across the entire Belgian territory. You’ll be responsible for setting up and executing your own sales strategy based on the maturity of your customer base and our cluster playbook. You will identify leads, establish first contact and connect with decision-makers in the commercial parking sector to expand the EasyPark services.

Job Responsibility:

  • Strategic hunting: Proactively identify and acquire new customers, specifically targeting public, commercial and private garage owners across the entire Belgian territory
  • Consultative partnering: Act as a mobility expert by supporting and consulting existing clients, helping them optimize their urban infrastructure through our integrated hardware and software solutions
  • Governmental & private sector relations: Build strong, strategic relationships with garage operators and real estate owners to ensure Arrive (Easypark) is the preferred partner for off-street parking
  • Lead negotiations: managing contracts and lead negotiations and respond to RFIs/RFQs with tailored and standard offers
  • Internal collaboration: Work closely with international colleagues across sales, product, and marketing to align our local Belgian strategy with our global mobility vision
  • Market innovation: Shape the market’s direction through bold, creative thinking, proposing physical and digital solutions that solve complex parking and mobility challenges in Belgian cities

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in field sales, ideally within SaaS, Fintech, or Mobility
  • Fluent in Dutch and French is a must
  • Strong English is required
  • CRM proficiency to manage the full sales cycle from start to finish
  • A growth mindset
  • Confidence working with public sector clients (a plus!)
  • A passion for mobility, digitalization, and smart city solutions
  • Willingness to travel regularly within your region and occasionally abroad
