Job Description

We are currently seeking a TEMP Account Manag. Sr. Spec. Advisor to join our team in Burnaby, British Columbia (CA-BC), Canada (CA). NTT DATA supports PHSA by providing end-to-end delivery governance, workforce planning, and operational oversight, ensuring the right skills are available at the right time while meeting contractual, financial, and public-sector accountability requirements.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide overall delivery accountability for NTT DATA resources assigned to PHSA, ensuring contractual commitments and service outcomes are met
  • Lead resource planning, demand forecasting, and capacity management across multiple PHSA programs
  • Serve as the primary escalation and governance point for delivery, staffing, and performance issues
  • Ensure compliance with public-sector, security, privacy, labour, and healthcare regulatory requirements
  • Manage financial performance including utilization, forecasting accuracy, and cost controls
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and client satisfaction

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in IT or professional services delivery
  • Including 5+ years in a senior delivery leadership role
  • Experience managing large-scale delivery teams of 50+ resources
  • Demonstrated financial management accountability including forecasting and margin management
  • Experience working within public sector or healthcare environments
  • Strong executive-level stakeholder management experience

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting Canadian healthcare organizations or government entities
  • Familiarity with PHSA or BC health authorities
  • Experience supporting large-scale digital, cloud, or cybersecurity programs
