Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Management Specialist to independently manage and grow existing client relationships within a marketing and digital services environment. This role focuses on end-to-end ownership of client accounts, high-quality project delivery, and effective stakeholder alignment, while also contributing to service expansion and supporting the development of colleagues.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal delivery teams, ensuring clarity and completeness of all project briefs
  • Manage end-to-end client account activities, including onboarding new customers and nurturing long-term relationships
  • Own project management activities, including planning, tracking, documentation, and delivery against agreed SLAs
  • Ensure all outputs meet defined quality standards and client expectations
  • Monitor, measure, and report on project progress, effectiveness, and efficiency using agreed tracking tools
  • Handle small to medium client escalations independently, escalating appropriately when required
  • Prepare and manage complex pricing proposals within defined approval frameworks
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document actions and outcomes
  • Support and mentor junior colleagues, contributing to team capability and performance
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Team Leader, aligning with departmental processes

Requirements

  • 4+ years’ experience in account and/or project management within a marketing agency or similar environment
  • comfortable working autonomously while collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • communicates clearly and professionally in English, including with senior client stakeholders
  • strong organisational, prioritisation, and decision-making skills
  • remains effective in ambiguous situations
  • detail-focused, analytical, and proactive in identifying process improvements
  • consultative mindset, offering insights that support client growth and service expansion
  • proficient in MS Office and familiar with project and revenue tracking tools

  • Maintain accurate vendor records and reconcile statements
