This internship is intended for University students from related major who will graduate between Sep 2026 and Aug 2027 and internship Period: 12 weeks in summer of 2026 (Jun.~Aug.). As an Account Managment Intern, you will develop and oversee the execution of account plans for multiple accounts and works to ensure engagements yield high volume sales for both Microsoft and the customer that are on track with goals, budgets, and forecasts. You will understand customer drivers of digital transformation and leverages understanding to engage internal teams to accelerate the customer's digital transformation and strategy. Job Responsibility:
Seek feedback from customers to understand the drivers of satisfaction and establish action plans to improve their overall experience
Develops an understanding of the customer's business and technology needs for top priorities for assigned accounts
Orchestrate extended virtual teams and key stakeholders to engage decision makers of assigned accounts
Share and recommend Microsoft solutions to customers, and develop value-proposition presentations and specialized business plans for customers that drive business outcomes to generate business and upsells
Develop strategies to secure buy-in and execution of plans and aim to identify new opportunities within assigned accounts
Requirements:
Currently pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Must have at least 1 semester/term remaining following the completion of the internship
Students graduate between 2026.9-2027.8
