We’re looking for an Account Management Intern to support the team during a period of high workload and help us strengthen our renewal, churn-prevention, and upsell efforts. This internship is an opportunity to work at the heart of a fast-scaling SaaS business, gain exposure to client management, and develop strong analytical and operational skills.
Job Responsibility
Preparing client decks and reporting documents
Supporting Account Managers on commercial proposals and renewals
Handling the renewal of small accounts
Following up on unresponsive deals and tracking renewal pipeline
Updating CRM data (HubSpot) and ensuring excellent data hygiene
Creating email templates, slides, dashboards, and quotes
Assisting with competitive research and internal process improvements
Contributing to team meetings and ad-hoc operational tasks
Requirements
Have strong analytical, organizational and sales skills
Show high attention to detail and rigor in execution
Communicate clearly and can structure information effectively
Take initiative and follow through on your responsibilities
Learn quickly and enjoy working in a fast-moving environment
Like collaborating and supporting cross-team workstreams
Fluent in French and English
Are curious about climate, SaaS, or operations
