Job Description:

The Account Management Graduate provides operational support to HPE customers for the delivery of contractual proactive support - related services based on HPE service offerings. They are responsible for clarifying customer needs and ensuring that they are met compared to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) defined in the Statement of Work and contribute to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for developing and maintaining a strong relationship with designated customers
  • Conducts support planning and review meetings to ensure customer alignment and realized value
  • Is the technical reference for customers in planning and delivering proactive services together with the rest of the account team
  • Develops broad multi-technology expertise, and product & service portfolio knowledge
  • Owns the operational relationship with the customer
  • Provides consultative advice, collaboration, operational best practices sharing
  • Has a broad technical understanding of the customer’s business and IT environment
  • Communicating with customers on an ongoing basis on all aspects of the Service Delivery cycle

Requirements:

  • Recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good at relationship-building with a proactive mindset & attitude
  • Understanding of the main principles of Account Management
  • Business oriented with good analytical skills
  • Team player, with a good set of interpersonal skills
  • Can easily take on new knowledge and apply it to real life situations
  • Fluent in written and verbal English
  • Fluent in written and verbal Turkish
