Job Description

Responsible for working with the local Business Development teams to assist the AE's and CTC's with administrative tasks to allow for increased field time to drive growth.

Job Responsibility

  • Job shadows members of the business development team to learn the functions of their role and the skills needed to execute the role
  • Assists the business development team in documenting their sales calls and SMARTBOOK entries
  • Assists the care center in the capturing of accounts receivable and face to face documentation for billing
  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Manage user accounts, handle training and troubleshooting, and communicate substantive changes to users
  • Perform day-to-day maintenance of template documents, clause libraries, dashboards, reports, inquiries, wizards, etc
  • Manage onboarding of users, new departments, or subgroups to Conga for Salesforce and, as needed, rework flows for existing CFS participants
  • Serve as liaison between Legal, Business Systems, and other subject matter experts and power users of the CFS system
