Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Account Leader with a strong background in B2B to join us during this exciting period of rapid growth. This is a key position working directly with the C-Level team, responsible for solution consulting, closing deals, and driving revenue growth from existing clients. If you enjoy consultative selling, customer care, building long-term relationships, and seek an attractive income from project commissions, this opportunity is for you.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide solution consulting and present products/services based on client needs
  • Prepare quotations and commercial proposals, and negotiate contract terms
  • Close deals and hand over to relevant teams for implementation
  • Collaborate with C-Level leadership to maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients
  • Monitor client satisfaction and resolve issues during service usage
  • Renew contracts, propose upgrades, and expand contract scope (upsell/cross-sell)
  • Leverage existing clients for referrals and new business opportunities
  • Update data in the CRM system and track sales performance and pipeline status

Requirements

  • At least 3 -4 years of experience in B2B sales or account management/customer success in IT field
  • Experience working with corporate clients is a plus
  • Strong consulting, communication, and negotiation skills in English
  • Customer-centric mindset and professional attitude
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and work directly with senior management (C-level)
  • Proactive, persistent, and results-driven
  • Strong skills in task management, client management, and team coordination

Nice to have

Experience working with corporate clients is a plus
