Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and relationship-driven Account Manager / Account Lead to serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and creative teams. This role will manage communications, project priorities, and workflow across approximately 40+ stakeholders while ensuring creative projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate has experience managing multiple creative workstreams simultaneously and excels at balancing client needs, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal clients, building strong relationships and ensuring alignment on project goals, priorities, and expectations
  • Manage the intake, prioritization, and execution of creative projects across video, print, digital, apparel, and marketing collateral
  • Coordinate project timelines, resources, approvals, and deliverables between stakeholders and creative teams
  • Facilitate project status meetings, communicate updates, identify risks, and proactively resolve roadblocks
  • Track project progress to ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met
  • Help streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency across creative and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, project management, creative operations, or marketing operations
  • Experience supporting creative projects across multiple channels, including digital, print, video, and branded merchandise/apparel
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Workfront, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms.
