Account Handler

• Manage your own portfolio of corporate clients, handling cross-class risks across both new and existing business
• Work closely with external Account Executives daily
• Provide comprehensive support to Account Executives across the full account management cycle
• Oversee administrative tasks for both new and existing client accounts
• Work with a diverse range of Commercial insurance products, such as Property, Liability, Combined, and Package policies
• Efficiently process renewals, MTAs, and client queries with accuracy and attention to detail
• Review and maintain documentation and procedures for a broad client portfolio
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional service throughout the entire policy lifecycle
• Ensure adherence to internal compliance standards and FCA regulatory requirements

• Around 5+ years' experience in commercial insurance
• Comfortable handling accounts over £100k GWP
• Familiar with a range of commercial products, ideally including Commercial Combined
• Experience using Acturis would be a big plus
• Great communicator who builds strong relationships
• Highly organised and able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail with solid admin and operational skills
• Confident when it comes to influencing, negotiating, and getting things over the line
