Job Responsibility

Provide timely responses to intermediary inquiries
Communicate policy coverage, terms and conditions, and claims protocols to intermediaries
Address mid-term policy queries and issue endorsements
Provide instructions and relay any issues to insurance providers or the broking department
Foster and enhance relationships by delivering exceptional service, technical knowledge, and expertise
