Job Description:

Account Handler role in a Lloyds Broker's entertainment team, working with clients across the sports & entertainment industry to provide high-quality account management, technical support, and administrative expertise

Job Responsibility:

Support the Account Executives with a full account management function
Handle the administration of new and existing business
Deal with a mix of Commercial risks including Commercial Combined, Management Liability, Travel, Event Cancellation, and Non-appearance policies
Process renewals, MTAs, and client enquiries accurately and efficiently
Evaluate and document processes for a varied client portfolio
Assist team members throughout the policy lifecycle to ensure exceptional client service
Maintain compliance with company and FCA regulations
Manage professional development through ongoing training and collaboration with your line manager
Work closely with brokers and clients to manage insurance placements and renewals
Prepare and maintain accurate policy documentation and correspondence
Liaise with underwriters to ensure timely completion of quotations and endorsements
Ensure all records are updated in line with company procedures
Contribute to a collaborative team environment

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years' commercial insurance experience
Knowledge of a range of Commercial risks including Commercial Combined
Knowledge of Acturis system is essential
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
Excellent organisational, multitasking, and time management skills
High attention to detail with proven operational and administrative experience
Ability to persuade, negotiate, and influence effectively

Nice to have:

Knowledge of sports & entertainment industry
Experience with Commercial Combined, Management Liability, Travel, Event Cancellation, and Non-appearance policies
