Job Description

Account Handler role in a Lloyds Broker's entertainment team, working with clients across the sports & entertainment industry to provide high-quality account management, technical support, and administrative expertise

Job Responsibility

  • Support the Account Executives with a full account management function
  • Handle the administration of new and existing business
  • Deal with a mix of Commercial risks including Commercial Combined, Management Liability, Travel, Event Cancellation, and Non-appearance policies
  • Process renewals, MTAs, and client enquiries accurately and efficiently
  • Evaluate and document processes for a varied client portfolio
  • Assist team members throughout the policy lifecycle to ensure exceptional client service
  • Maintain compliance with company and FCA regulations
  • Manage professional development through ongoing training and collaboration with your line manager
  • Work closely with brokers and clients to manage insurance placements and renewals
  • Prepare and maintain accurate policy documentation and correspondence
  • Liaise with underwriters to ensure timely completion of quotations and endorsements
  • Ensure all records are updated in line with company procedures
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' commercial insurance experience
  • Knowledge of a range of Commercial risks including Commercial Combined
  • Knowledge of Acturis system is essential
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Excellent organisational, multitasking, and time management skills
  • High attention to detail with proven operational and administrative experience
  • Ability to persuade, negotiate, and influence effectively

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of sports & entertainment industry
  • Experience with Commercial Combined, Management Liability, Travel, Event Cancellation, and Non-appearance policies
