Working within a team servicing major Retail accounts, you will manage and respond to day-to-day enquiries. This will involve assisting the team with managing retail promotions, raising estimates and booking in work with production, proof-reading and checking files before they go to print. This role is very much about building strong relationships with clients. The successful candidate will be capable of taking effective written and verbal briefs and working with all departments, including our large creative design studio.

Requirements:
Good communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and excellent time-management
Previous experience in account management
Knowledge of print management/ POS would be advantageous but is not essential
Ability to react to challenging client requests or escalating requirements as needed and juggle multiple account management projects at a time, whilst maintain sharp attention to detail
Good working levels of Windows and Excel are essential
Experience of Tharstern would be useful however full training will be provided to the right candidate
