This role involves managing insurance portfolios, providing tailored solutions, and delivering outstanding client service. The successful candidate will work alongside Account Executives to ensure efficient client support while upholding accuracy, compliance, and professionalism.
Job Responsibility:
Respond to client inquiries promptly, foster strong professional relationships, facilitate policy administration, and provide expert guidance on insurance solutions
Process new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations accurately, review documentation, and update client records
Engage with insurers to negotiate premiums and secure optimal coverage terms
Ensure adherence to FCA regulations, stay updated on industry changes, and provide accurate client advice
Support colleagues, share knowledge, and mentor junior team members
Requirements:
Experience in commercial insurance account handling
ACII qualification or willingness to pursue it is preferred
Experience with Acturis or similar system an advantage
