We are seeking to recruit a target-driven, commercially-focused team member for the position of Account Growth Representative.
Job Responsibility:
Maximising sales for the Food Service portfolio
Maintaining a schedule of onsite visits to customers to build and maintain key relationships
Conducting sales presentations on new and existing product offerings
Participating in the development and execution of promotional and marketing initiatives
Identifying and achieving new customers and sell-in opportunities
Identifying new product needs in the market and assisting in developing internal strategies for meeting the same
Preparing analysis and reporting on market and industry trends
Requirements:
Possess at least three (3) years’ experience in a competitive sales environment
Hold a qualification in Business Management, Marketing, Sales or a related discipline
Have English Language and Mathematics at CXC/O’Level
Display a strong, innate sales ability and the drive to achieve individual and portfolio targets while providing exceptional levels of customer service
Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact confidently with persons at all levels
Demonstrate proficiency in the use of information technology and Microsoft Office Suite
Possess strong analysis, reporting and presentation proficiency
Have a valid driver’s license and their own transportation
Nice to have:
a good working knowledge of the hotels and restaurant sector would be an asset
