Select Design is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Account Growth Manager to join our Burlington, VT team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on building meaningful connections, uncovering client challenges, and closing new business opportunities.
Job Responsibility:
Identify and cultivate new engagement opportunities within existing client partnerships
Prospect, target, and close new business opportunities within those clients
Build client growth plans to utilize our full suite of services
Partner cross-functionally with Accounts, Creative, Product, Technology, and Finance teams to deliver outstanding client experiences
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within an agency
A collaborative sales philosophy that aligns with a team-based approach to growth
Ability to manage multiple opportunities and projects simultaneously
Self-motivation paired with a strong appreciation for feedback and teamwork
Comfort operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
