Job Description:

As an Account Expert, Specialized Business at T-Mobile for Business, (TFB) you'll play a pivotal role in marketing our diverse portfolio of business products and services to both existing and new customers. This is a true hunter role where your primary focus will be mining and growing existing accounts while introducing specific products and services to underserved customers as a driven and persistent sales professional.

Job Responsibility:

  • Engage in daily customer communication and follow-up using various tools to complete outbound/inbound phone calls, emails, and online meetings/appointments
  • Understand customer needs, key contacts, and potential business opportunities. Use research to select appropriate product/service messaging to meet individual customer needs
  • Facilitate the entire sales process from the initial call to proposal and finalization of an order for each customer
  • Attend all required product and service training to gain in-depth knowledge of T-Mobile products and services

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Associate's Degree (Preferred)
  • 2 years Inside, outside, retail, or similar sales position Preferred
  • 1-2 years Experience in customer service, sales and/or retention. Preferred
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals. Experience in outbound sales and a consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. (Preferred)
  • Ability to establish and cultivate initial client relationships, including setting up meetings and connecting with key contacts within the organization. Experience in managing first impressions, understanding client, and laying the groundwork for future business opportunities. (Preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and establish relationships with clients and team members. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. (Required)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, leading multiple tasks and priorities effectively. (Required)
  • Self-motivated with a winning attitude, demonstrating initiative and the ability to work independently. (Required)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals. (Required)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and other sales enablement tools like Outreach, LinkedIn and ZoomInfo. (Preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook. (Required)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
