This role supports business growth by marketing a diverse portfolio of wireless voice and data products to existing and new customers. It involves managing accounts through solutions-based selling to analyze customer needs and identify sales opportunities. The role requires acquiring accounts within an assigned geographic territory to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas. Success is measured by account growth, customer acquisition, and achievement of sales targets. The work impacts the organization by expanding the customer base and enhancing service delivery to business clients.
Job Responsibility:
Engage in daily customer communication to complete outbound and inbound calls, emails, and online meetings for account management
Conduct research to understand customer needs and identify potential business opportunities for tailored product messaging
Manage the sales process from initial contact through proposal and order finalization to secure new and expanded accounts
Participate in required product and service training to maintain up-to-date knowledge of wireless offerings
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
2 years inside, outside, retail, or similar sales position (Preferred)
1-2 years experience in customer service, sales and/or retention (Preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
