As an Account Executive, you will work across both our UK and International policy practices, supporting the delivery of high-quality public affairs and policy programmes. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience across domestic and global health policy environments, working on issues ranging from NHS reform to global access to medicines.
Job Responsibility:
Support the day-to-day running of client accounts, ensuring activity is delivered on time and to a high standard
Assist in the preparation of client materials, including briefings, reports, presentations and stakeholder maps
Contribute to the coordination of client meetings, including preparing agendas, materials and follow-up actions
Monitor UK, European and global policy and political developments, identifying relevant updates for clients
Conduct research and analysis on key health policy issues, distilling findings into clear, concise outputs
Support stakeholder mapping and analysis to inform client engagement strategies
Support the organisation and delivery of events, including roundtables, workshops, conferences and international meetings
Assist with project management tasks, including tracking timelines, coordinating inputs and maintaining project documentation
Contribute to new business activity, including background research, insight development and proposal preparation
Support the development of credentials and marketing materials
Actively contribute to internal initiatives, including knowledge sharing, wellbeing and DEI activities
Build expertise in health policy and public affairs, developing an understanding of both UK and international systems
Take ownership of your development, seeking feedback and learning opportunities
Requirements:
A strong interest in UK and/or global health policy, politics and public affairs
Academic or internship experience in a relevant field (e.g. politics, international relations, public health or life sciences)
Strong research, analytical and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced consultancy environment
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
